5th Annual Kiwanis 5K Run/Walk for Kid’s Sake

Ally Bright from the Kiwanis Children's Fund will speak to our club about The Possibility Project.  Jeff Blasdel will be her host.

Nicole Lewis and other members of the Cornerstone Lutheran Comfort Dog Program will be our program.  Bob Lewis will be their host.

Our club will be placing and lighting 400 luminaries along the Riverside Drive portion of the ride.  Will meet at the Library Plaza at 8 p.m. to get our shirts, then begin placing the luminaries at 8:30.  Light the luminaries starting around 10 p.m., when riders leave the SAG.  After all riders pass thru the Riverside Dr. portion, we will collect the luminaries for disposal.

Dr. Chad Phillips, Superintendent of BCSC will be our guest speaker.  Karen Dugan will be his host.

Many volunteer opportunities for the Mill Race Marathon's Kid's Fun Run.  Times TBD

Bob Schoumacher will share information about the Bartholomew Scholastic Chess Program.  Cathy Shehan will be his host.
