Make A Wish

In the spring of 2022 we were contacted by the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator for Make A Wish in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. She needed volunteers to help complete a wish for a young girl in Westport, IN. We gladly agreed and then quickly completed our second Make A Wish project in Seymour, IN. We have also been able to help the coordinator to connect with two other Kiwanis clubs in Indiana to supply manpower to complete “Wishes” for deserving children in their areas. Our next two projects were building a wheelchair gazebo and coordinating a reveal party for Grace’s grand piano.

Helping kids is what Kiwanis is all about and we are so glad that we have joined their company of volunteers.
