100 Acts of Kindness

In celebration of 100 Years of Service by Kiwanis International, our club committed to perform 100 acts of kindness each month of the Kiwanis year (October 2014 – September 2015). We liked this so much, we are continuing to do Acts of Kindness on a quarterly basis.

2024 100 Acts of Kindness Schedule

Quarter 1 (October – December) – Youth Financial Needs – Donations: shoes, socks, underwear- Service: Make and serve meal for the Community Hot Meal Site

• Donations: Cash for Salute the Recruits and Scholarship winners recognition dinner
• Service: Plan and organize recognition dinner for recipients and families

Quarter 2 (January – March) – Youth Leadership Development and Recognition

• Donations: Cash for Salute the Recruits and Scholarship winners recognition dinner
• Service: Plan and organize recognition dinner for recipients and families

Quarter 3 (April – June) – Youth Health Needs

• Donations: Riley Parent Komfort Kart items
• Service: Work on the 5K Run/Walk for Riley committee

Quarter 4 (July – September) – Youth Literacy

• Donations: Cash for new books for Ramp Up or used books for Book Express
• Service: Ramp Up Book Distribution and Become Book Buddies
